There's no doubt it's a nice distro, and it appears to be getting better all the time. I still can't bring myself to leave Gentoo though :) The 'wireless networks auto-magically' app is actually <a href="http://www.gnome.org/projects/NetworkManager/" rel="nofollow">NetworkManager</a> . It uses HAL/Dbus excellent-ness to do all the work. Find it hard to believe it's only just appeared in Ubuntu though - I've been using it for ages...
